As meals are planned based on registration, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. This helps us avoid food waste.

The food at the conference will be vegetarian. For catering purposes, please indicate if you have any special dietry requiremens (e.g. vegan, lactose intolerance, …)
