As meals are planned based on registration, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. This helps us avoid food waste.

The food at the conference will be vegetarian. For catering purposes, please indicate if you have any special dietry requiremens (e.g. vegan, lactose intolerance, …)

We plan to offer transportation on the day of the event:
– In the morning from Bad Oldesloe and Hamburg Ochsenzoll to Borstel
– In the evening from Borstel back to Bad Oldesloe and Hamburg Ochsenzoll

Please let us know whether you would like to make use of this service or prefer to travel independently. If you are planning to come by car and have available seats for potential passengers, we would appreciate it if you could indicate this here as well. We will get in touch with you regarding further planning.
